Membership Application
To join the WSMGMA make sure you qualify for membership
eligibility. Next, download a membership
application to complete and submit for approval by the WSMGMA Board
of Trustees. Return your application to the WSMGMA, 2033 Sixth Ave, Suite
1100, Seattle, WA 98121. Make sure you include with your application a sample
of your group’s stationary, an organizational chart indicating your
