The Polyclinic is seeking an experienced Practice Manager for its growing Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). The primary responsibility of the Practice Manager is to work with the Director of Practice Management, physicians, and staff to develop and implement policies and procedures regarding patient care, satisfaction and flow in a manner which is consistent with clinic’s mission and values. The ASC consists of 3 operating rooms that are open 4 days a week with an average of 250 cases per month. Cases vary and cover all specialties with the exception of Cardiac, Neuro and Spine. We have 43 physicians who use our facility. The ability to be proactive, work in a fast-paced environment, and have great communication skills are a must. This position requires a Master’s Degree in Accounting, Business or Health Administration; three to five years of experience working in outpatient operations management of a multi-specialty clinic; and experience working with contracts. Director of Clinical Specialty Services
Providence Physician Group (ProvPG) is a multi-specialty medical group with clinics throughout the greater Everett area. This full time position is part of the Administration Department and is located at Mill Creek Medical Center. The Director of Clinical Specialty Services provides on-going leadership and management of specialty clinics and services within ProvPG, through the development and implementation of management and patient care systems to assure cost-effective and quality day-to-day operation.
