Under the direction of the Chief Quality Officer, the Director of Practice Management will provide day-to-day leadership of the Physician Services Department and will assist Whidbey General Hospital and Clinics CEO, CQO and Physician Medical Director in developing and assisting employed physician practices in order to ensure community access to care.
